Your Account: How do I sign up to the newsletter?

To subscribe to our newsletter and receive all the latest deals and promotions Genesis has to offer, simply scroll near the bottom of any of our pages and type your email into the 'Join the Revolution' form.
You will shortly receive a confirmation email where you can confirm that your email address is correct.

Your Account: How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

There are two ways you can unsubscribe from our newsletters.
1. Simply login to your account and click 'Newsletter Subscriptions'. Uncheck the box and click save to stop receiving newsletters to your account.
2. In the bottom of any of our emails is the option to 'Unsubscribe'. Click the link and follow the prompts.

Your Account: How do I reorder a previous order? (Quick Reorder) 

You can easily reorder your favourite products that you've ordered before by logging in and going to 'My Account' and clicking on 'Quick Reorder 

Your Account: How do I view my order history? 

You can easily view everything about your past orders, and even quickly reorder the same products, in the Order History section of your account settings.

Your Account: I've forgotten my password 

If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, please go to the Reset Password and follow the prompts.

Your Account: How do I change my password? 

If you are logged in currently, you can change the password for your account on the Change Password. 

Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters and contain at least one letter and one number.

Your Account: How do I change my Billing/Shipping Address? 

You can change the billing/shipping address for payment methods on your account under the Saved Credit Cards 

Your Account: How do I change my Email Address? 

Your email address can be changed in the Email section of your account settings.

To confirm the change, you must click the link in the verification email sent to the new address.

Your Account: How do I deactivate my account? 

You can easily deactivate your profile by getting in touch with our customer service team. Please include your Username, your Date of Birth, and the Email Address associated with your account if you contact us by email or chat. After deactivation, you are still able to log into the account and place orders, but the account is not active.

Your Account: How do I sign into my account? 

If you already have an account, you can login at the top of the website menu.

Your Account: Create an Account via Cart Checkout 

To start earning reward points and receive the many benefits of being a Genesis member, you can easily create an account during Cart Checkout. 

When you go to purchase an item, you will redirected to the checkout process. In the first step it will ask you if you want to register or log in as a member. From here, simply check the Register button and follow the prompts to sign up.

Your Account: Create an Account via Registration 

When an account is created, you will be able to quickly access your complete order history and save payment and shipping address information, which makes placing additional orders quicker and easier.
