What is Rule 1 Pre Train 2.0?

Rule 1 Pre Train 2.0 is a pre-workout that has been designed for performance.

HOW DO I USE IT?

Rule 1 Pre Train 2.0 is best taken 20-35 minutes prior to training. Try mixing 1-2 scoops (depending on your preference) with 400ml of water in your Spartansuppz Performance Shaker.

SHOULD I TAKE ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS FOR BEST RESULTS?

A fast acting whey protein isolate such as Rule 1 R1 Protein is perfect with this. Mix 1-2 scoops of WPI in water and consume post workout.
